Job Summary
This role focuses on designing and validating advanced RF and baseband hardware systems for wireless communication devices. You will work on end-to-end hardware development including architecture review, schematic design, PCB validation, board bring-up, debugging, and performance optimization.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years experience in hardware or RF engineering (or 1+ year for Master’s holders)
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless systems
- Hands-on PCB debugging and circuit analysis experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Design and review RF & baseband hardware architecture
- Work on RF front-end circuits (PA, LNA, filters, matching networks)
- Support PCB design reviews and hardware validation
- Perform board bring-up, tuning, and troubleshooting
- Analyze RF, EMI/EMC, SI/PI and reliability issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Senior role: Lead technical reviews & mentor junior engineers
