Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN networks.
- Manage large multi-site WAN environments ensuring availability, scalability, and security.
- Administer Cisco routers, switches, Nexus platforms, and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and implement tuning and optimization strategies.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support and coordinate with ISPs and vendors.
- Maintain accurate network diagrams, documentation, and service records.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, PCI, and SOX requirements.
- Support VoIP, telecom infrastructure, and new user onboarding activities.
