About Hexaware

Hexaware Technologies is a global IT & BPM company focused on cloud-native engineering, automation and digital transformation. The company partners with enterprises across banking, insurance, travel, retail and logistics to deliver reliable, scalable solutions — and it routinely hires QA professionals to maintain product quality across mission-critical systems.

What this role is about

Hexaware is hiring **Manual Test Analysts** for Australia-based projects covering domains such as Insurance, Airlines, Capital Markets, Payments, Retail, Logistics and Pharma. You’ll design and execute test cases, validate business scenarios, log and track defects, and work closely with developers and business owners to ensure releases meet functional and regulatory requirements.
💭 Jobs for All Note: This role is ideal for testers who enjoy domain-focused QA — if you’ve worked with Guidewire, Trade Finance, or payments systems, highlight those projects in your resume for better shortlisting chances.

Who should apply (Eligibility)

  • Relevant domain experience in at least one of: Insurance, Capital Markets, Payments, Airlines, Retail, or Logistics.
  • Hands-on manual testing skills: test-case design, test execution, defect lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, ALM or similar test management/bug tracking systems.
  • Good SQL basics for backend verification; ability to read logs and analyze simple queries.
  • Strong written & verbal English — client-facing communication may be required.
  • Work-rights for Australia (citizen/permanent resident/work visa) are preferred unless the role explicitly supports offshore hiring.
