Key responsibilities
- Create, review and execute manual test cases based on functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform end-to-end functional, regression and integration testing for domain-specific workflows.
- Validate business-critical transactions (e.g., claims processing, payments flows, trade booking) and data integrity across systems.
- Log, prioritise and track defects; verify fixes and maintain test documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, BA’s and stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
- Support UAT cycles and assist business users during acceptance testing.
